One of the easiest, but most fulfilling meals you will ever make! Great for nights you don't feel like cooking a whole feast! Or terrific if you are hosting a group of friends. They can be easily made to fit each persons preference by setting the table buffet style with all of the toppings laid out.
STEP 1: Start with a base in your bowl such as; RICE, QUINOA, COUS COUS, FREEKAH, (really any sort of yummy whole grain)
STEP 2: Add with your favorite toppings!
STEP 3: Add any additional spices or sauces to the top. Fermented Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Siracha, Hoison, Ginger Sauce, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Cinnamon - whatever your craving!
